Girls Varsity Basketball

This year, I had the incredible opportunity to coach the Girls Varsity Basketball Team, an experience that was both rewarding and inspiring! Although I typically teach in the elementary division, working with high school students allowed me to connect with them in a new way and see their leadership and teamwork shine.

Our team had an amazing season, finishing second place in the YAC Tournament, and we even had the chance to travel internationally to Chiang Mai for an unforgettable basketball trip. Beyond the court, I loved seeing the players give back to the community, the high school team visited the elementary art classes to help younger students with their projects, combining teamwork, mentorship, and creativity. It was a perfect blend of sportsmanship and school spirit, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team!
